Waiting
Children
The governments of many foreign countries
have asked US agencies not to put identifying information about specific children
on the Internet, i.e., their photos, names, birth dates, city of origin. We can however
share this information with you on an individual basis. There are waiting children
in every country we work in, including babies under one year old with minimal health
problems.
We have sibling groups of three and four children in several countries. In most cases
these children have no health problems. Illien reduces fees as much as possible in
order to assist families to adopt these children. Our fees are also reduced for older
children.
Once you decide to adopt, the first thing you should do is select a home study agency
licensed in your state. You do not need to know which country you are going to adopt
from when you start, only by the time the home study is finished. You may use any
agency in the United States for the international part of your adoption.
You will need to file form I-600A with US CIS (formerly INS). In most US CIS offices you
must file this form when the home study is completed, but there are some exceptions.
Illien will assist you to complete this step.
The time to look at waiting children is when you either have completed your home study
or when you have almost finished it.
To inquire about our waiting children, e-mail us at illienusa@aol.com
or call us at 404-815-1599.
There are several sibling groups of 2, 3, 4 children
with no known health problems.
There are several young children with Downs Syndrome.
There are many children who are just not cute little babies anymore.
Illien will do everything we can
to make it possible for you to adopt these children.
